• Development Application (DA)
• Complying Development Certificate (CDC)

Luxury Pods are delivered with Lux Essential interior finishes, designed to provide a high-quality residential fit-out.

Customers also receive a Selections meeting via Zoom or showroom consultation to choose colours and materials.

Upgrade options are available if you would like to customise your pod further.

What are the standard design features?

Luxury Pods Modular Homes include:

• 2600mm high ceilings
• Colorbond roof with a 2-degree pitch
• Factory-built wall, floor and roof systems
• Modular components engineered to suit your site
• Residential-quality internal finishes

These features create a modern and comfortable living space suitable for permanent or short-stay accommodation.

How long does a modular build take?

Most Luxury Pods projects take approximately 4–6 months from design to completion, depending on approvals and supplier availability.

Typical stages include:

Design and planning
Engineering and approvals
Factory fabrication (8–12 weeks)
Installation and completion

How far can Luxury Pods deliver?

Standard delivery pricing applies within 50km of Sydney or the nearest Bondor depot.

Luxury Pods can deliver Australia-wide, with additional transport costs applied for longer distances.

Transport is typically calculated at approximately $12/km per semi trailer for distances over 50km

Who installs the modular components?

This depends on the package selected.

Flat Pack Lockup

Installation is managed by the owner or their local builder.

Turnkey Package

Luxury Pods coordinates installation including:

• Site footings
• Assembly of modular components
• Crane installation
• Final certification

Do Luxury Pods offer fixed price contracts?

Yes. Luxury Pods offers fixed price contracts for projects executed before 30 June 2026.

Contracts executed after this date may include escalation at approximately 0.95% per month depending on supplier costs.
